The National Retail Federation Foundation (NRF Foundation) provides opportunities for retail professionals to earn certifications. Though the course content was strong, lackluster materials inhibited the growth of the program. The NRF Foundation created a new course book, with updated content and streamlined formatting, to improve usability for learners. Now customers can use the student manual for classroom instruction or self-study, association staff has more time to focus on marketing the course, and the book has become a strength of—not a drawback to—the certification program.

NRF’s course existing content was strong, but lackluster printed materials proved problematic for both students and instructors. They had two separate textbooks which led to double the confusion. With Omnipress’ help, they created a new book with updated content and streamlined formatting to improve usability and facilitate learning.
