How Choosing a Fulfillment Partner is Like Getting Married: Part 4

Previously, I’ve been sharing with you how evaluating and choosing a training, publication and order fulfillment vendor is almost like getting married. Now it’s time to get engaged. Alright, finally, before you get married, it’s time to know the finances. Be transparent about what your operational costs are like rent, insurance, packaging and labor. Your potential partner should be able to do a side-by-side of your internal and external costs versus their fees, and share them with you as well.
