3 Ways Collection Makes Online Review Easier: Part 3

In part one of our series, we discusses what’s going to make your reviewers life easier. Part two, we discussed what’s going to make your life easier during the set up of a review. In the third part, let’s discuss the rest of your review. Throughout the review process, you want to make sure you have a pulse on it; what’s going on with the review and who’s coming to the system and giving you what they need to. Who  has not done that? Do you need to send them a reminder email or maybe give them a little bit more encouragement? This is something you want to make sure you can do within your system.

Now you’ve come all the way to the end and you need reports. Do you have to pull these reports all by yourself, or is there a site manager, a partner you’re working with that can help you with this? Are they able to give you these reports in a timely manner? Are they able to give you these reports with the information you need; information about submissions, the review data, maybe scores and averages review comments. You want to make sure you can get the reports in the manner you need.

Remember, your time’s important. You want to use a system and a partner that can allow you to get this information when you need it and how you need it.
