3 Considerations for Providing Global Training Programs

If you’re thinking about taking your learning global, you may want to pick up the December issue of Training & Development. There’s a great article on effective global learning.

Whether you’re thinking about going global with your training, or even just moving into a new industry, there are a couple of challenges to consider:

  • Language and translation. It may seem obvious, but it’s really important to deliver the message of your content so that it is correctly received.
  • Consider technology. Are there any technology barriers?
  • Finding Instructors. You need to make sure you find instructors with the right knowledge of the culture and your content to deliver it effectively.
